1. What Constitutes Malicious Activity?

At SecureFeed, we define malicious activity as any unauthorized, harmful, or inappropriate behavior originating from an IP address. This encompasses actions like attempted Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks, various forms of spam, fraudulent orders, hacking attempts, phishing, spoofing, SQL injection, and more.

2. Pricing for SecureFeed Services

Our primary goal is to contribute to a safer online environment, so we will always offer free plans for the majority of our users. In the future, we will introduce paid plans tailored to corporate and advanced users.

3. Integrating SecureFeed's API

We provide a free API for IP address checking and reporting, which can be seamlessly integrated into websites and applications.

4. Usage Restrictions and Limits

Unregistered users are limited to 20 requests per day. Free registered accounts currently allow 500 requests per day through our free API, with a maximum rate of one request per second. Unregistered users additionally get capped to 500 hosts per feed.

5. Increasing API Request Limits with Paid Plans

Although not available at the moment, we have plans to offer paid options to increase API request limits in the near future. You can inquire about this by contacting us at contact@securefeed.net.

6. Reporting Bad IP or URL

As of now, we do not offer a feature for submitting reports on malicious IP addresses or URLs. However, we are actively working on implementing this functionality.

7. Alternatives to API Usage

We are in the process of developing more straightforward integrations with various SIEM and firewall systems. Additionally, we plan to provide direct data feeds in the future.

8. Bulk Request Capability

While bulk requests are not supported at the moment, we are actively working on introducing this feature. Currently, requests need to be made individually with a 1-second delay between them.

9. Availability of Data Feeds

Data feeds are not available at this time, but we are actively working on making them accessible in the future.

10. Usage of Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics on SecureFeed to collect anonymous statistics regarding how SecureFeed is utilized. This information is essential for ongoing project improvement. We respect the preferences of users who employ script blockers like Ghostery.
